Space Invader Simulator 20XX

Left and Right arrows to move.

Hold X to charge a shot (longer it's held, the faster it moves).

Hold Z for focused movement (so you don't over shoot into a bad place).

Only other thing kind of special is 3 enemies types. A standard down shooter, a spread shooter, and a homing shooter. The chances of these enemies replacing standard enemies goes up for each stage you complete.

Why Space Invaders? Rami Ismail of Vlambeer said in an ask.fm response suggested that good first games to make (in terms of scope and difficulty of code) are, in order: Space Invaders, Pong, Pacman.

So here's my Space Invaders. Gotta get that good foundation in to be confidant for the bigger things I have in mind.
